Convenient Location and Clean Rooms

The hotel's location is close to the Grands Boulevards metro station. Many attractions are within walking distance, for example the Palais Garnier. The rooms are clean, and the beds are comfortable. The cozy design of the rooms added to a cute atmosphere.

The shower glass was not leakproof, and the bathroom floor was wet after each shower.

The staff was friendly. They were helpful with questions and gave great recommendations. The staff went to great lengths to help with our needs. Everyone spoke English. I liked that staff are happy to order a taxi for the airport.

The room was clean and had air conditioning, much appreciated. The shower was great with wonderful water pressure. There were beautiful shuttered windows that added to the charm, I enjoyed that detail.

Breakfast offered a satisfying start to the day. The pastries were lovely. There was coffee and fresh fruit available for breakfast. The hotel is close to bars and restaurants, it is convenient for evenings out.

Charming Parisian Stay

I found the staff VERY helpful . They arranged a taxi to the airport for a reasonable price. The rooms were also cleaned daily, which I appreciated. The hotel's location was quite convenient. It was near several metro lines.

The air conditioning was not working. I reported this to the reception. the issue was not resolved .

the location provides easy access to several restaurants offering diverse cuisines i appreciated a ten minute walk to lafayette shopping malls it was also a short three minute walk to the metro. my room allowed for opening two large suitcases completely.
